My uncle lives in Bari. Not even northern Italy where the majority of cases have been found.
His business is likely to go under and he'll be bankrupt. I imagine most businesses in Italy are in the same boat. Especially now with this nationwide quarantine.
So there is that. It may be short sighted, but you must understand the reluctance.
