It tracks the lowest rates in Canada and provides commentary multiple times per day. Rates are not in free fall. Definelty run the calculator if you are considering refinancing.
I put a 30 day hold on Tangerine 2.19% fixed 3 yr.
BoC is widely expected to drop the target rate by another 50 bps either April 15th or sooner.
