i've been out of the loop here, and haven't been following since at least 12-16 pages back. someone told me that this cain/christensen/etc. team of vpd cops are part of a multijurisdictional enforcement group, and they now cover more than than just the vancouver area? ie. they can be anywhere in the GVRD?
