I drove just a tad below the speed limit today, got honked and high beamed by a Mazda 3, only for Toronto Police to pull the guy over 30 seconds later because he floored it when he passed me. I'm not sure how he justified his actions because there were three lanes wide open, he just HAD to drive behind me. Go figure haha
Edit: Full disclosure - I was driving my Corolla.
