Absolutely. However living in a commie country for the past while I don't find it bad at all. As long as you mind your own business and don't openly insult the CCP, more ways than non, I find it much easier living than in a Democracy believe it or not. Of course the air is crap and food poisonous, but that's not really politics haha.
