It's in progress. I have no direct affiliation with the organizer, but they have things in the work already, and are with legal counsel since the beginning.
edit: A video update was put up on the Facebook group addressing exactly what you just said. This needs to be done legally, otherwise no changes will occur, and the VPD abuse will continue. Again, I have no affiliation with the organizer, but as a member of the car community since I started driving in 1996, I want to work with the organizers to get things properly addressed and changed, so that all of us don't need to be driving in fear.
