here... You register online with your HKID, and they deliver to your door. 1 mask for every person, up to 10 per household. After 1 month, the online phase is over, you can take your HKID to the post office to get one.
If you have HKID and are outside HK, you can still get one, but you'll need a local to forward it to you.
