Even with 4-5 Im still sure you can negotiate a good deal. Accords are a tough sell nowadays. Everyone that had Accords are buying CRV's now. 90% of my Accord lease clients would get a CRV or Pilot.
I 100% agree with this. The 10 speed in the Accords are actually pretty nice and peppy.

I know, 1.5T gets the CVT while 2.0T gets the 10AT.
I haven't driven the 10AT before but I have driven a Civic 2.0 with CVT. Surprise surprise, I don't mind it. I don't get the hate, personally.
