Ah, you just have to remind me of the rev hang...
At least that's easily fixable with a KTuner or Hondata. The transmission feel, on the other hand, is not easily fixable.

Honda kinda abandoned VTEC themself with the turbo engines. From an engineering perspective, it's not needed on the intake anymore while it can help with the exhaust side: low lift in lower RPM can help spool turbo up faster with higher flow velocity. The Accord 1.5T has VTEC, not sure about 2.0T.
And I like 3 pedals, just not the Honda 3 pedals in particular. They are mediocre at best IMO.
