This is important coming out of winter, most Canadians will be deficient, especially those with darker skin.

Followup to this. If you haven't started taking vitamin D supplements yet,
start now. The more people whose bodies are equipped to fight the virus, the better it will be overall.
And unlike some other theorized treatments, vitamin D won't make you sick unless you take WAY too much.
Consider it, especially if you have dark skin, or don't get much sunlight every day. If you have parents who insist on sunblock all the time, make sure they supplement.
