Jobless + exercise to stay sane... I've lost 15 lbs.
Before work, I would have no time to exercise, now I have all the time in the world with nothing to do. So time to exercise.
Rule one, find purpose and do shit. You can't apply every day every hour. Get out of the house.
Rule 2, go exercise. You will start eating like a bum and just munch on shit all day long.
I'm burning 4400 calories exercising... now i just need ot find a job.....FML
