I replaced my kitchen cabinet door with cheap thermofoil door many years ago in my condo
I gave all the door dimensions to a kitchen cabinet place and they just make new thermofoil door to the same dimension.
It was like $700-$800 for all the doors and they were quite easy to replace. (swap the euro hinges, measure and screw new holes to cabinet frame)
The really hard part was replacing the edge banding and the exposed panels for the frame tho
I think swapping the door took me half a day, but the edge banding and side panel for the frame took me 3+ days
