I use a separate spreadsheet for each car, and I record:
- Date
- KMS
- Work Description
- Work Performed by
I don't log cost on the spreadsheets but I do keep scans of all the parts & service receipts in a separate PDF. I also like to log when I mount my summer/winter tires to keep track of mileage that I've put on each set.
