They issued a travel credit in April and stated original form of payment can be issued at a later date. Nothing has been advised since and I am considering to file a chargeback dispute on my creditcard since they are just holding our money.

I got an email from Westjet last week that I could get my flight refunded back to my credit card, but I had to call them (1-888-937-8538), and provide my confirmation code. I'll probably do that next week.
