During the day, I agree 100%. No argument against that.
But why at night? If you are ripping up the street in a crowd plower... I mean Mustang, you are violating the 50 km/h speed limit as well.
Waste of taxpayer money and cash grab for the 24-hour school zone 30 km/h speed limits IMO.
