Meh, on the fence about this one. I mean no one wants to be a douchebag and run over a child. But I've always said, if you need a sign to tell you how fast you should go, you probably aren't a very good driver to begin with.
Adjusting your driving based on awareness of current conditions and environment is an underrated skill that no one seems to talk about.
Speeding always seems to involve strawman.
