Isn't there a wait list with long wait time for the Sub just like all the other sports Rolex? The AD will probably want you to buy a Datejust as well before they let you buy a Sub.

Grey prices for a Sub is not that much more then retail and you can get it right away. When I was checking prices a few months ago, a sub date was only $800 more then retail price after tax.
