The problem I find with Biden is that he is a politician with no principles.
He just flows through whatever he sees fit at the moment whether it’s for votes or whatever.
I’m not making it up. You can read on wiki or a quick google would turn up many of his “turns” in policy direction. And it continued through his career.
He can agree on some points with his voters today, and change 180 when it’s no longer popular.
As a leader of a country, you want a person who provides a direction and follows through. And not keep on changing because it’s not getting votes or popularity.
If you were his voters and voted for him because he supported something you care a lot about, say BLM. And one day BLM is in some shit, and even though the whole racial problem is still not done, Biden turns 180 and oppose to continue working because he fears it might taint his image. Is that a leader one want?
Trump might have done a lot of stupid mistakes, like the handling of the pandemic, but give credits where it’s due. US was having the best economy in decades with record low unemployment and ahead of most G7 members. And he’s predictable. He can be stupid at some stuff, but that’s just Trump.
I’m not saying Trump is good. Nop. He’s dumb sometimes and I am not sure how he became a president. But if I had to pick between Trump and Biden, Trump all the way. If it was Sanders, Sanders without a doubt. Biden just don’t have the basic principle that I consider fit as a leader.
