I guess it's fair to update when things don't go well... So I stopped with the rooftop band workouts a long time ago. It started getting hot, then it started getting REALLY fucking hot. Combined with not really liking it in the first place, I eventually said fuck it, and accepted that the virus will cost me my body for a while.
Maybe it is a weak, shitty thing to do, but that's what I did.
I still jog most mornings for about 40 mins
Also I have taken up studying a new field, and self projects based on that, so it's not like I have much time to spare.
I tell myself that if it's not safe to go back to the gym by the time the weather gets better, I'll go back up there again.
Maybe I'll even go and try to endure the heat. Or maybe for the first time in my life, try working out in mornings when it's
only "feels like 37" or so.
So that's where I am now! Soft and weak
