Discrimination? Not sure but I’d consider it one of the last majorly white areas in the lower mainland. Take that as you will. Lol

I’d almost compare it to whiterock. F all to do, but lots of sunshine and great family
neighbourhoods. If your not into the mountains, or lots of eating out it’s pretty much perfect.
