I'm in a 700sq ft condo in Richmond near Canada Line and I'm paying $260 a month... it was $220 10 years ago... not bad... and we have a full gym/pool/hot tub.

Newer buildings are often going under the Ontario style scheme where they build a massive contingency to pay for repairs rather than trying to do special assessments. Most newer buildings are starting around $300+ now.
