A lot more trees now than 30 years ago, but trade off is the high-density housing (skyscrapers) and some areas there's like zero view from the Skytrain where there was an amazing view before.

My old place on Prenter St (just after Edmonds station) looked completely empty in 1990 and completely overgrown in 2020. We used to be able to see the Skytrain from our apartment, but doesn't look like that's the case anymore.
