Did a full reno in the kitchen a few years back and got a full set from Samsung. Fridge, Range, Dishwasher etc. No issues with any of them so far.
Our old place had Whirlpool appliances, and the fridge broke right outside the warranty. Technician said it was a super common thing that they go bad right around this time. Washer also went bad, sensor failure that cost way more in labour than parts.
