It was a catless 2 series. Cops said they could smell that it was no cats - which would be accurate. Ricecookerboi still hasn't learned, after 2 years, what is a valid VI.
This is a valid VI. Does the owner deserve it? Debatable. But do the police have grounds to issue that? Well he's not running cats, which is illegal, so yes.
