So my offer is pending acceptance, and what's left is an inspection. Out of all the major appliances in the household, the washer/dryer were not replaced. I believe they are original Maytag units, probably around 18 years old, but may be less than that.

I recall seeing the Maytag washer/dryer with something "commercial grade" on the label. Not sure if it means anything to you. Any point in replacing them? I would prefer something that is stackable (but not necessary) and more energy efficient. Could you offer a few recommendations? (Please no Samsung haha) Let's leave budget out of the question for now.
