Fining for a mask, you may be right. But one individual person controls that outcome. Gatherings are the decision of multiple, all for which need to have a personality/outlook for which you describe to make said gathering.
Meme405... they have to keep handing out tickets, they don’t have the power to fine from what I understand. City workers telling people they “shouldn’t” be doing this or that won’t do much.

I wasnt talking about fining for wearing a mask, I was talking about fining businesses who aren't following the rules for capacities, and people gathering in large groups, etc.
