From what I understand every riding is worth 100 points. Doesn't matter if it has 50 con members or 5000 members. Each con party member picks a first and if they want a second or third. After the first round, the person in the last place gets kicked out. Now his votes go to the persons his supporters picked second. The same thing happens in the third round. I don't think this is the best system.
