The thing she did get right was the healthcare cannot be a right because you can't have positive rights, only negative.
Negative rights are when people are not allowed to take those away from you while positive rights are when people are compelled to give those to you.
It would infringe on the (negative) rights on the Declaration of Independence:
"We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their creator with certain unalienable rights, that among these are
life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness.
In this case, liberty would be infringed upon because someone has to provide you healthcare.
