My concern about this is about the people not wanting to go get tested, have it come back positive, and then go through the list of people they've seen and places they've been in the last 14 days, tell them the news, and miss work, and miss rent, and miss the car lease, and then get evicted.
Some people might actually have no options other than to carry on feeling ill or feeling well.
