Yup and it reflects in how difficult it has been for Aragon (developer) in trying to sell remaining units there at close to $900-1000/ft given the remoteness.
Also not a fan of how they "marketed" (scam) the buyers into thinking they're building a marina at Port Royal or there was going to be one...and that small ferry or other access could be coming.

And the area and the oark across from Peninsula is actually really nice. However it’s kind of an amplified reflection of queensborough as a whole. It’s fine if you don’t need to leave, but the second you do it could be a total nightmare any time of day.
