i mean without the squeak it's pretty quiet compared to my pixie (smaller pods). i wanted it b/c vertuo had hazzlenut while the pods didn't
reading reddit a guy said you gotta pop off the top and clean some parts where it grabs on to the pod or something. i'm tempted complaining to nespresso since i owned it only a couple weeks...

haha, the simplicity of it and being able to actually recycle pods is a huge plus, especially with work from home.
