Nespresso's customer service is quite good. Take the time to provide them some solid feedback; They will likely take the input and feed it back to their product development teams and reward you for the feedback with some goodies.
I bought a Nespresso for my parents a few years back, and sent them some feedback about the drip tray. Low and behold, they sent me some generous vouchers to redeem for more coffee pods at the store.
