I'm interested in this as well.
I've been looking into this for when our place is done and from calling a few places, they all seem to recommend polyaspartic flooring instead. With my suspicions that this may just be a cash grab, some research seems to show that this is a better option for residential as it's much quicker install, more flexible (won't crack as floors settle), and doesn't yellow over time as i'm told that the epoxy coatings do (due to UV) as some of the main benefits. It's pricier but seems worth it in the long-run. Epoxy seems to be more used for commercial applications from what I've read/been told.
Best pricing I've found I've got so far is from Boss Coatings and a friend was referred to them as well which is good but no firsthand experience yet. This is for Surrey/Langley area as well, not sure how large these guys trade area is with all the new builds happening out this way.
Edit: Prices ranged from $5.50 /sqft to $6.50 /sqft with no real explanation on the price difference. All came with a 10 or 15 year warranty as well so longevity isn't too much of a concern.
