Do you remember why the Obama had to invoke the "nuclear option" back in 2013? It was due to unprecedented blockage and filibustering of his nominees.
It was the Republicans who decided to decide to enact zero policy other than obstructionism. They are the one's that decided they wanted to make the first black president, an entirely lame duck president by blocking his appointees. As said, this had never been conducted against a president in history prior, so what exactly were the Democrats supposed to do? Of course they enacted the nuclear option.

You're not foolish enough to not understand the disingenuous nature of the politics Mitch and the Republicans are practicing here. To claim it's "same same" is absolutely ridiculous, and a complete false equivalency.
Not only that, Trump is far ahead in appointing judges than any of president in comparison here, the Democrats are not practicing any level of obstructionism to the likes the Republicans had practiced during Obama's tenure, the numbers below clearly show that fact.
