They are the one's that decided they wanted to make the first black president, an entirely lame duck president by blocking his appointees. Not only that, Trump is far ahead in appointing judges than any of president in comparison here, the Democrats are not practicing any level of obstructionism to the likes the Republicans had practiced during Obama's tenure, the numbers below clearly show that fact.
