The only way to pick stuff up now (assuming it's in Blaine, not Pt. Robert) is to fly down to Seattle, and either rent a car or have a Seattle based buddy to drive you back. (And you have to be CDN citizen/PR to cross back to Canada... but if you are walking back, expect an earful from border agents)
I have a friend who did just that as he ordered a whole bunch of stuff before summer (he thought the closure would only last a month or two before his summer flight to China) that were gifts/stuff for relatives in Asia.
He had to do it because he had no use for all those stuff...
What he ended up doing was... YVR-SEA... rented a car to drive all the way back to Blaine, picked everything, drove back to SEA, and flew back to Asia from SEA-YVR-PVG. (Yes, he actually flew back again to YVR for his connection to China)
