I was introduced to a Dark and Stormy (basically a whiskey ginger) when I was doing keto. Obvs that would throw me out of ketosis, but I had to find a low sugar/low carb ginger beer. I came across Rootside over on the island. They make a
Ginger Beer concentrate with 8g carbs (6g sugar)/serving. It's still not keto friendly, and I haven't tried it, but I've been meaning to try it.
Let me know how it is, if you do try it. Doc says I gotta keep away from liqs for a bit LOL
