great for my hands...
Being in the restaurant industry I'm basically washing my hands 20 times an hour and I find it pointless to moisturize as it makes my hand greasy and slippery, only to be washed off again 5 minutes later. Couple that with eczema and so for many years my hands have been
really really dry and cracked. To the point that in the Winter time I couldn't stretch out my fingers without cracking skin and bleeding. Even squeezing a lemon I had to be careful or it would sting like burning needles .... It was terrible.
Now that I wear nitrile gloves at work. I've started to slather on some heavy cream or lubricant like vaseline before slapping on the gloves. My hands are finally back to normal. It's been so long I almost forgot what that feels like...
