I understand the fear that sudden massive cultural/political shifts may come with that, but the only thing countries can do, especially if they want to survive their population decline, is far better migrant integration plans to teach and make them feel more Canadian/etc
Regardless though, times are drastically changing for the next couple generations, start googling global fertility rates and immigration, and fall down the rabbit hole
