I always say I don't want to keep my cars for a long time, then I ended up keeping the 330 for 4 years LOL. Would have kept it for longer if it hadn't been written off.
Only reason for new or CPO is only for ACC + warranty. I talked to a friend that worked at many different branded dealerships. He said that if the car is intended to be used in a sporty setting (ie. Track), such as M Cars, P cars, FK8, etc, if any failures occur while on track (ie. Engine blowing up and you didn't money shift), it would be covered under warranty.
