I spent some time out in Langley and Aldergrove for work recently and Abbotsford to look at a car for sale and I was the only person I saw for an entire day with a mask on. Except for Nordstrom Rack cuz they force you to put one on.

I would agree early on and all the way into the summer about Langley but I would say the last few months it's been better. I do all my grocery shopping there, I would say probably 95%+ of people are wearing masks at least when grocery shopping.
I don't really go out much besides grocery shopping once a week but that's been my experience anyway.
