Fort Langley is literally -all- outside. There is not a common cause-way or enclosure you have to go into to get into any of the shops, restaurants, etc. And as far as I could tell most people would put on a mask if they are going into shops, etc. Restaurants seem not to care about wearing a mask upon entering because you’re going to be sitting and taking it off ASAP anyways. I’ve dined our a fair bit during covid and have yet to see a restaurant require masks to go to the bathroom, exit/enter, etc.
You want people to wear masks inside their homes too? Like, Fort Langley is entirely outside, the risk of transmission is very low.
Has there been one single outbreak from a business where people come and go? Somone with covid May have dined or came into the business and the follow up contact tracing but I’ve yet to hear of a situation where a business or restaurant has been the site of an outbreak.

Your company is safe. BC definition is 15 mins within 6’.
