I’ve found them listed as available/in stock but every time I’ve tried to order them they won’t deliver to my postal code. This has been going on since March so I’m fairly confident it’s not going to happen until things are back to normal. That said, anytime I’m shopping Costco delivery I try again.
While on the subject of ordering online, I tried Costco’s yellow fin tuna for poke and was very happy with it. According to reviews it may be hit or miss so YMMV but my batch was quite good so no complaints. Luckily I got 10lbs for $150 and it’s up to $190 now but I’ll order again as it’s a hit for the whole family

^this was my first attempt. I’ve made the tuna marinade a lot lighter with less soy to preserve the nice pink of the natural tuna since this pic was taken. I don’t have any pics of more recent attempts. Plating poke for 5 is time consuming and I just wanna eat when it’s done lol
Edit: also did a poor man’s replication of Nobu’s Yellowtail sashimi with jalapeño which was another way to play with the ingredient. It didn’t turn out nearly as great as the real deal but was still good though lol.. has anyone here tried Nobu’s version? So damn good. Had it in Vegas and NY.. man I want to travel again!
