I don't necessarily agree with the pressure he was putting on the FDA to fastrack vaccine approval, but in the end, I don't think the vaccine developers gave into that pressure while at the same time, the pressure lead to a bigger effort that inevitibly expediated vaccine R&D. So in that sense, Trump deserves a bit of credit for enabling that to happen.
