You have a point, I just found myself always buying through the store during Cyber and holiday sales every year. Never really found a good used game sale in terms of physical copy, everyone on Facebook/Craigslist think their used game is worth pretty much the retail price, from what I've seen at least.
I was shopping for Ghosts of Tsushima a few months back and used prices were more than the PS store
