If you spend any time in the Caribbean or South America, one thing you soon realize is how little attention is paid to race. Even though the history is far uglier there than in North America, they don't make race the central organizing feature of society.
Not infected with divisive cockamamie "solutions" like racial equity programs or critical race theory.
People treat each other like people rather than skin colours and they're much less divisible because of it. Imagine that. Probably just not sophisticated enough.
