Try going for a walk every day.
I have a standing desk at home so I'm not sitting on my ass all day when working. I do go for walks/jogs every day, if not every other day.

Sorry to hear. Must've been some warning signs right? My specialist said major change in bowel movements, charred/tarry stool (black).

I have to go with my odds since I have no family history. But I will probably try to do periodic screenings when I'm at the minimum required age (45 or 50 I believe)
