I fully agree. Fell into the thought Hyundai was equal to its Japanese rivals getting a new Hyundai Tucson in 2011. Bought a brand new one fully loaded because of the amount of standard features for the price. Sold it earlier this year with so many annoying problems.
HVAC needed to be replaced within a year under warranty.
Fog lights stopped working
Sun roof doesn’t open
Back up camera doesn’t work
Driver heated seats slowly became Luke warm instead of hot
Touch screen head unit freezes on occasionally when Starting the car
USB slot stopped work (USB stick is fine, works great on my new car)
Everything slowly stopped working after the warranty period.
Not to mention that beautiful 2.4 engine that had multiple recalls and still there is a lawsuit over engines blowing up.
