The gaffer tape arrived yesterday out of nowhere. The day they were going to refund me. I am now in the process of returning it, because I bought another one from, guess where? Amazon. And, it arrived in three days! Sent from Ontario to Richmond, then here in Burnaby.
Anyway, screw ups happen, I guess. Hard to find good help these days.
