Urba, Circa, Nexus, and Emerald Palace Place. I believe the first 3 is bosa and is recognized as reputable with a big contingency fund.
Just wondering about building condition, noise, is it a bad area now?
I frequent that area a lot as a kid for Chinese school. Nowadays it looks like a lot of families when I drive by to BCIT.
